POSTURE
Posture is complex. It changes based on our body alignment, our mood, our breathing, our diet, and our ability to function without pain.
Trauma is stored in the body and the brain. It may come from a single event or sequential. It may be mental, emotional, physical, and/or energetic. It may have happened in utero, at birth, growing up, or as an adult. Trauma is woven into the fabric of our being. Mental, emotional, physical and/or energetic scars affect the fascia, which then gets sticky and pulls the body out of alignment. A human being out of alignment may experience a sustained stress response leading to overdrive of the sympathetic nervous system and numerous health consequences.

To facilitate this, sacral occipital chiropractics and PRI physiotherapy can be effective options in moving the body back into alignment. As part of this, adequate fitness training is essential to ensure the muscles are strong enough to keep the skeleton in proper alignment. A diet of anti-inflammatory food from nature allows for the necessary nutrition to be delivered to the muscles to sustain this process. A healthy diet also allows for better healing, breathing, and mood, which encourages the body to stand up straight with confidence.
